3 charged in Six Nations marijuana dispensary

On Friday, June 8 at 5:44 p.m., Six Nations Police Service went to A&A Distributors at 374 Chiefswood Rd., which was open to the public when officers arrived.

Police found several containers and packages of various marijuana products for sale. Two men working in the shop at the time, as well as another man who identified himself as the owner of the shop, were placed under arrest. All marijuana products were seized.

A 45-year-old, 43-year-old and 20-year-old from Ohsweken were all arrested and face charges that include possession of a controlled substance, possession for the purpose of tracking a controlled substance and trafficking of a controlled substance.

All three were released on a promise to appear with a court date of Thursday, Aug. 2.
