Diane Walters pushed her walker through a crowd tightly packed inside Rise Erie’s new medical marijuana dispensary.
Walters had traveled from her home in Linesville to check out the new Erie facility, which hosted an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday. It took effort for Walters, 71, to navigate around the nearly 100 people who had gathered, but she said it was worth it.
