BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Department of Health’s Medical Marijuana Program says it will start accepting applicants for dispensaries in the Bismarck, Fargo area next Tuesday.
A dispensary will legally be allowed to sell products to registered qualifying patients and designated caregivers.
Applications for the Grand Forks and Williston regions will start in September resulting in four of the eight dispensaries being chosen in 2018.
The remaining four dispensaries are expected to be chosen in January of 2019.
The department says it hopes to have all eight dispensaries operational by June 30, 2019.
